Sausage and Pepper Tradicionale


1 lb Italian Sausage 1 cup of sliced Onions 1/2 sliced green Peppers 1/2 cup cut Banana Peppers 1/4 cup Olive Oil 1/4 cup Chablis Wine 1/4 cup Chopped fresh Oregano 1/4 cup Chopped Italian Parsley 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Garlic Crushed Red Pepper to taste Salt And Pepper to taste


Sautee the onions and the peppers with the olive oil, once the onions start to get some color, add the sausage and the rest of the spices. Once the sausage is fully cooked add the wine and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
