This batter recipe is basic for all main meal crepes; it will make about 10 crepes.
- 2 eggs
- 2 Cups milk
- 2 1/3 Cups plain flour
- 2 Tbsp oil optional
- 2 Pounds ground roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sweet paprika or 1 teaspoon of your favorite herb
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Turn machine off, stir down flour and blend again.
Refrigerate 1 hour before using.
