Introduction

The Sazerac originated in New Orleans, Louisianna and is based on a combination of Cognac and Peychaud's Bitters.

Ingredients

Directions

1.Coat the inside of the glass with a film of absinthe.

2.Stir the rest of the ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice.

3.Strain into the absinthe coated glass.

4.Garnish with lemon peel and serve.
