Scalloped Corn and Broccoli

This recipe was taken from Cathy's Menu and recipes for the week of 2/11/07

Ingredients

• 1 can creamed corn
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 package (10 Oz) frozen chopped broccoli

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
2. Mix together corn, eggs, sugar, flour and salt.
3. Add the cheese and broccoli
4. Mix well and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
5. Bake for 1 hour.
