Ingredients[]
- 1 capsicum
- 1 radish
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 100 g cabbage
- ½ cup cream
- 100 g fresh paneer
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- green chili, to taste
- red chili, to taste
- 1 loaf of bread (Big Slices)
- Tawa, oil to fry
Directions[]
- Cut all the vegetables, paneer to small piece
- Now add the vegetables to cream, mix them well, add salt, black pepper, red and green chili to taste.
- Cut the outside part of bread .
- Now keep tawa on gas and let it become hot for a while
- Put the mixture on sinle slice of bread,turn the bread with mixture to other side and let the mixture turn golden brown (as is done to prepare omelets).
- Cut the bread from middle , serve it with tomato sauce, green chili sauce and enjoy this snacks with famliy & friends.
