Seasoned Steak Butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1/4 lb. blue cheese, crumbled 2 T. minced green onion 1/2 cup minced black olives 1/3 cup mince parsley

In bowl, cream butter and cheese until smooth with mixer. Stir in onion, olives and parsley. Cover. Chill. Shape butter into small balls using a melon baller coated with Pam spray or using your hands. Roll butter into balls. Set 1 ball on top of hot cooked steak just before serving. The heat from the steak will melt the butter slightly. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Source: My Old Recipes
