- Cut hog rib into small pieces, then parboil by boiling water, for 10 minutes.
- Heat pot with 1000 ml water in high heat, add hog rib and ginger.
- Turn in low heat, add seaweed and yellow wine, boil for 40 minutes.
- Add salt and stir well, keep heat for 2 minutes, serve.
