Ingredients
- Hog Rib 200 g
- Seaweed 200 g
- Ginger 3 slices
- Yellow Wine 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 tbsp
- Chopped Spring Onion a stalk
Directions
- Cut hog rib into small pieces, then parboil by boiling water, for 10 minutes
- Heat pot with 1000 ml water in high heat, add hog rib and ginger
- Turn in low heat, add seaweed and yellow wine, boil for 40 minutes
- Add salt and stir well, keep heat for 2 minutes, serve
