Ingredients

  • 1 lbs fresh green beans
  • -red or yellow maybe sub
  • 2 tbsp toasted seasmae seeds
  • 1 med -size red bell pepper
  • -cut in ¼" strips
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions
