Seven Up Cake

1 pkg. lemon cake mix 4 eggs 1 bottle (10 oz) 7 Up 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding (3 oz) 1 cup oil

Mix together and bake 25 minutes in 3 cake pans at 350. Make icing and let cool while cake is baking. Icing: 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 stick margarine 2 T. cornstarch 1 can crushed pineapple (15 oz) 3 egg yolks 1 cup coconut Mix first 5 ingredients together and boil until thick. Add 1 cup coconut.
