  1. Put the gidded or oil in a pan and add to the tomato, tomato paste, filfil har and bzaar and heat for 5 minutes. Add the onions, jalapeno, 1 cup water and leave till the mix thickens. Make a holes in the mix and break the eggs in the holes. Do not stir. Leave for 15 minutes. Remove the eggs and serve.
