Ingredients[]
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 c. shell macaroni, cooked
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 c. Velveeta cheese
- 1 med. onion, chopped
Directions[]
- Cook ground beef and onion until done.
- Add soup and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and simmer 20 minutes.
- Add cheese, saving 1/2 cup to be sprinkled on top of casserole.
- Mix macaroni and meat mixture together. Top with extra cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
