Lots of saucy garlic butter will make you want to sop up every dribble of this dish with crusty bread. Quick tip: Call ahead to your grocer to order shrimp that's already peeled and deveined. If you decide to peel and devein it yourself, purchase 1 2/3 pounds shrimp in the shells.

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic, and cook 1 minute or until browned.
  2. Add shrimp, and cook, stirring often, 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and next 3 ingredients.
  4. Serve over rice or with crusty bread.
  5. Garnish, if desired.

Yield: 2 to 3 servings
