  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Add steamed carrots. Sprinkle with nutmeg and brown sugar.
  2. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes longer or until carrots are glazed, stirring frequently.
  4. Yield: 4 servings.
