- 2 Tblsp butter
- 2 Cups Baby carrots
- 2 Tblsp brown sugar
- nutmeg to Taste
Directions[]
- Melt butter in saucepan. Add steamed carrots. Sprinkle with nutmeg and brown sugar.
- Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
- Cook uncovered for 5 minutes longer or until carrots are glazed, stirring frequently.
- Yield: 4 servings.
