Simple Fruit Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding in mix
• 4 c. fresh fruit
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 pt. whipping cream or Half-and-half

Directions

1. Spray cake pan with Pam.
2. Add dry cake mix to pan
3. Add fruit
4. Add sugar
5. Pour cream over all.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Notes

• I use my frozen apples. They work great!
