  1. Put mango puree into saucepan.
  2. Add sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in pectin, all at once.
  6. Skim off any foam with a spoon.
  7. Ladle into hot sterilized jars and seal with lids.
