It's delicious served with vegetable fritters (pakora), chips or crudités
- 2 – 4 tbsp chopped cilantro (or mint)
- 2 – 3 chopped, seeded jalapenos
- juice of one lime
- salt to taste
- 2 green mangoes, peeled and chopped
- sugar to taste
- Place all ingredients in blender until smooth!
