Ingredients
- 1 gill rum
- 1 ounce sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 pint water
- 6 cloves
- 6 coriander seeds
Directions
1.Add sugar, egg yolks and lemon juice to rum.
2.Boil water with cloves, coriander seeds and cinnamon.
3.Whisk the two mixtures together and strain into a tumbler.
