  1. Rub meat with spices.
  2. Brown in butter.
  3. Put in slow cooker.
  4. Use the following to deglaze the pan.
  5. Add to slow cooker.
  6. Cook on low 4 - 5 hours.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with gravy.
