  1. Mix all ingredients except dough.
  2. Roll out dough.
  3. Cut each crust in half diagonally.
  4. Spoon ¾ cup of the filling on each crust half.
  5. Fold over; crimp edges closed with fork.
  6. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 425°F for 12 – 15 minutes or until golden brown.
