Smoky Basting Sauce
- 1 Cup vinegar
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 1/2 T. liquid smoke
- 2 T. Grated lemon peel
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 bay leaves
black pepper And salt to Taste
Mix Ingredients And Bring to Boil. Use to Baste Lean Beef or Chops While Cooking.Makes 1 3/4 Cup
