  1. Slice onions and season with salt and pepper or Tony's
  2. Cook slowly in 1 tbsp butter or oil to every 2 onions.
  3. When the onions are tender, add 1 cup boiling water and cook on medium/low heat to the consistency of stew.
  4. Serve it with any meat.
