  1. Cut meat into serving-size pieces
  2. Add Tony's
  3. Pound flour into steak with meat tenderizer
  4. In large skillet, brown steak in oil and top with onion slices
  5. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients
  6. Pour over steak, bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer
  7. Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour (or until tender)
  8. Check steak while cooking and add a little water if needed
  9. ===Serve with potatoes or vegetables===
