  1. Heat oven to 375°F
  2. Cream butter and sugar.
  3. Stir in baking mix,nuts and almond extract.
  4. Shape dough by level teaspoonfuls into balls.
  5. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
  8. While warm, roll each ball in confectioners' sugar.
  9. Enjoy.
