  1. Heat oil, brown the garlic and onion.
  2. Cook until onion softens.
  3. Add water.
  4. Bring to boil and add rice.
  5. Let boil for 15 minutes.
  6. Mix in meat and cumin.
  7. Allow to cook few minutes more.
  8. Bake a pastry shell for 7 – 8 minutes.
  9. Add mixture in it.
  10. Optional: Add a hard-boiled egg to mixture.
