  1. 1/4 pound ground meat
  2. 12 corn tortillas
  3. 4 ounces green chiles
  4. salt and pepper
  5. 1 cup tomatoes (sliced fresh)
  6. 1 cup grated Cheese
  7. 1/2 cup onions
  8. 1/2 cup soup stock

Directions Edit

Cut the tortillas into 3/4-inch strips. Sauté the onions, add tomato and garlic powder with the meat and green chiles. Place the DRY tortilla strips in a casserole dish. Add the soup stock and the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
