Soup with Homemade Noodles

Ingredients

• beef or poultry soup

Noodles

• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon water
• flour
• salt
• carrots (optional)
• parsley (optional)

Directions

1. Prepare the noodles.
2. They may be boiled in the soup or separately in salt water.
3. Strain, rinse with cold water and serve separately at the table.
