Ingredients[]
- 2 envelopes Lipton cream of chicken or cream of mushroom Cup-a-Soup
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions[]
- In bowl, blend 2 envelopes Lipton cream of chicken or cream of mushroom Cup-a-Soup with 1 cup boiling water.
- Serve over hot cooked noodles, rice, beef, fish, or poultry.
Variation[]
Add 1 of the following:
- 2 tbsp white wine, or
- 1 tbsp sherry or
- 2 tsp parmesan cheese or
- ½ tsp dill weed or
- 1 hard cooked egg, chopped and ½ tsp parsley.
