Ingredients
- 4 T. margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Melt margarine in pan.
- Stir in flour and cook for a few minutes.
- Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
- Cook until mixture thickens.
