Ingredients
- 4 T. margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Melt margarine in pan
- Stir in 1/4 Cup flour and cook for a few minutes.
- Slowly add 1 1/2 Cups milk, stirring constantly to create a white sauce.
- Cook Until Mixture Thickens.
- Add sour cream and cheese and stir until melted
