Sour cream cheese Sauce
Melt in Pan:
- 4 T. margarine. Stir in 1/4 Cup flour. Add Gradually, Stirring Constantly, 1 1/2 Cups milk. Cook Until Mixture Thickens. Add to Sauce And Stir Until Cheese Melts, 1 Cup Grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese And 1 Cup sour cream.Source: my Old Recipes
