Sour Cream Cheese Sauce

Melt in pan: 4 T. margarine. Stir in 1/4 cup flour. Add gradually, stirring constantly, 1 1/2 cups milk. Cook until mixture thickens. Add to sauce and stir until cheese melts, 1 cup grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese and 1 cup sour cream. Source: My Old Recipes
