  1. Slice cabbage head into slaw.
  2. Place slaw into bowl.
  3. Mince ½ small onion and add to bowl.
  4. Add 2 tbsp chopped green pepper.
  5. Add 3 tbsp white vinegar.
  6. Add 16 oz real sour cream.
  7. Add 1 tsp sugar.
  8. Add salt, about ½ tsp.
  9. Wash hands and take off rings.
  10. Place your hands into the slaw, mix and squeeze the slaw so it makes some juice.
  11. This will make the slaw limp.
  12. Taste, add more salt if needed.
  13. Add more vinegar if more "bite" is wanted.
  14. Sprinkle paprika on top for beauty.
  15. Refrigerate till serving time.
  16. Good the next day also.
