Sour Cream Dessert Omelet

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C .
  2. Whip the cream and sour cream with half the sugar.
  3. Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar .
  4. Fold into the cream.
  5. Fold in the flour.
  6. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cream mixture.
  7. Pour into a greased ovenproof dish and bake until puffed about 15 – 20 minutes.
