Sour Cream Potato Salad

1/3 cup clear Italian dressing 7 medium potatoes, cooked and diced 3/4 cup sliced celery 1/3 cup sliced green onions 4 hard cooked eggs 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 t. prepared horseradish mustard Celery seed to taste

Pour dressing over potatoes. Chill 2 hours. Add celery, onions. Chop egg whites and add. Sieve yolks. Mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and horseradish mustard. Fold into salad. Add salt and celery seed to taste. Chill 2 hours. Add 1/3 cup diced pared cucumber if desired. Note: This recipe calls for horseradish mustard NOT horseradish and mustard. Source: My Old Recipes
