- ⅔ cup yellow prepared mustard
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 – 5 drops Tabasco sauce
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
