- Serves 6
- 1 cup honey
- 2 cups molasses
- 1 cup bourbon
- 2 tbsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Blend all marinade ingredients thoroughly.
- Add the steaks and marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.
- When ready to cook, remove steaks and pat dry with paper towels.
- Grill to desired doneness.
