- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix, divided
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless Chicken breast or beefflank Steak, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 36 (6- to 8-inch) skewers
Skewer each piece and place on a serving platter; serve with the salsa dipping sauce. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
