  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash soybeans and lentils well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Turn into an oiled loaf pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
  5. Serve as is, or top with tomato puree.
