Spareribs Marinade

1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup water 1 cup wine or cider vinegar 1 t. dry mustard 1 t. paprika 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/8 t. hot sauce 1/4 t. allspice

Shake all ingredients together in a jar. Marinate ribs at least 1 hour before cooking. Use remaining liquid as a basting sauce during cooking. excellent also on fresh pork, ham and chicken. Source: Come Into the Kitchen
