5.Pour into brown paper lined tube pay.
 
 
 
6.Bake 275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Place pan of water on bottom rack directly under fruitcake pan.

  1. Mix oil, sugar, and eggs.
  2. Mix 1 cup flour with nuts and 1 cup with fruit.
  3. Blend egg mixture with spices, juice, and remaining flour.
  4. Blend in nuts.
  5. Pour batter over fruit.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Pour into brown paper lined tube pay.
