- 2 Pounds Mashed Potato
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 2 Teaspoons cumin
- 1 Pinch Cayenne
- salt And pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Bunch cilantro -- Chopped
- 3 Medium eggs
- oil -- For Frying
2) Form mixture into patties. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
3) Heat a shallow layer of oil in a frying pan, add the cakes in batches and fry until crisp and brown on both sides.
