Ingredients[]
- 2-3 mangoes, cubed
- 1 sweet red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small Bermuda onion, diced fine
- ½ cup cilantro leaves
- drizzle virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste

- Mix all ingredients and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
