- 1 lb. Crawfish (cooked in spicy boil) peeled
- 1 rib celery
- 1 bunch of green onions
- mayo
- Old Bay seasoning
- McCormick Creole Seasoning
- red pepper
Directions[]
- Slightly chop the Crawfish leaving lumpy, finely chop celery, thinly chop the green onions & set aside. Place the Crawfish in a mixing bowl, add seasonings(to taste).Now add everything else and serve cold with crackers.
