  1. Cook onion in butter until soft but not brown.
  2. Stir in soup; heat about 2 minutes.
  3. Add rice, beans, luncheon meat, mustard and pepper sauce.
  4. Turn into buttered shallow 2-quart casserole. Top with Cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
