  1. Prepare grill or broiler.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Rub cut side of garlic over both sides of pork chops.
  4. Rub spice mixture into both sides of pork.
  5. Grill or broil pork 6 – 7 minutes per side, or until done.
