Spicy Ham and Black Bean Soup Serves 4
1 c. cubed cooked ham 1 c. salsa 15 oz. Can black beans, rinsed and drained 14 oz. Can chicken broth 1 green onion, sliced (opt.) In a large saucepan, combine ham, salsa, beans and broth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce to low and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced green onion, if desired. Calories: 150 per serving
