Ingredients[]
- 6 – 10 spicy herring fillets
- 6 – 8 boiled potatoes, peeled and cut into slices
- 2 – 3 red onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons sour cream / crème fraîche
- 4 tablespoons coarsely grained mustard
- 1 tablespoon syrup
- juice of ½ lemon
- red onion and cucumber slices for garnish
Directions[]
- Cut the herring fillets into 1 cm pieces.
- Stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard.
- Add the syrup and lemon juice.
- Add the potato slices, herring and red onion.
- Combine carefully with a spoon.
