  1. Moisten the steak in water long enough to soak in the juices.
  2. Salt lightly with garlic salt and cayenne pepper before frying.
  3. Place in greased pan over medium heat.
  4. While cooking, turn often seasoning with meat tenderizer and seasoned salt after each turn.
  5. Cook to desired level.
